Refunds are not allowed without evidence of miscommunication/issues that are evident. If the commission isn't working out on my end, I will grant a refund depending on how much work I did.> If a commission is refunded, I reserve the right to use the line/sketch work for future projects or commissioners' pieces.If a piece is refunded, You do not hold any rights over the piece at any stage of completion.I will NOT give a refund if the conversation sways into a negative light. Being rude or intolerable forfeits your refund request and I will no longer do business with you.Artistic Freedoms:My artistic freedoms are protected under this TOS.> This means you may give me a vision & perspective but I decide where the piece lands.>This does not mean you will end up with a severe difference in the end, it means my full abilities work when I’m allowed to apply my skill naturally.> Please be EXTREMELY detailed in what you're wanting, give me a specific pose, mention specific details you'd like as I do not allow drastic changes; I do NOT make changes after I line a piece, from the lining on there wont be avaliblity to make changes with the way I process my work.General Terms of Service:As stated in the Refund Policy, I do not tolerate excessive behavior. I will terminate my service to you; depending on the severity of the situation, I may put you on a permanent blacklist and we will no longer work together.Keep in mind that I am not a machine and work at my own pace.
I typically stay true to the time frame given in the initial consultation, but please allow me some space to function as I take time to recharge my art battery as any artist does!>Please be patient. Do NOT badger or pester me for updates unnecessarily. If given a time frame, please stick to that unless stated otherwise. Rushed art does not come out as planned.I am not obligated to give WIPs for every stage of the piece.> I don’t have the attention span to stop what I’m doing to update every step after the sketch phase. I will try my best to inform you of every step I deem necessary via text.> My art is to be credited everywhere you may post it. Do not claim it as your own.> I allow people to add aesthetic filters or stickers on my Art but do NOT drastically change, trace, or claim any bit of my work as your own. You can come to me to request minor changes; MY ART STAYS INTACT.> Do NOT sell my art as your own or as an NFT.>If you need any socials to credit, please see all linked profiles on this platform!>I DO draw NSFW, however, I am still new to male anatomy in the below region so please keep in mind that if you choose to commission me!> I do NOT do DDLG, extreme forms of BDSM, Child-sexual situations, Chibi NSFW, Inflation, Maw, Vore, or Pregnancy.>I will request ID or a form of identification before accepting/discussing an NSFW commission.Privacy Policy:Your information will be archived via Paypal/Cashapp but nowhere else. This is due to these platforms needing it for business documentation, I keep no information personally.Please, when filling out a form, put a name you’re comfortable with & an email/discord for contact. The name will be used solely for Queue Purposes! Your email/discord will be used solely to transfer an HQ version of your commission.Keep in mind, I respect your anonymity, please respect mine.

Design TOSLast Edited: 10/27/2023 @4:00AM ESTAll designs I make are for PERSONAL USE ONLY; unless stated otherwise in a discussion of Commercial Use.Personal Use is the following:-Personal Character-Shared OC with a friend/Co-Owning-Handmade Personal Items [Such as plushies, sculpts, ect.]- VRchat Models/VTuber Models-Only using it for Personal things!Commercial Use is the following:-Plushies/Physical Merchandise [Please read the fine print if you're ordering from the corporate company! They may have you agree to claim rights to my design in which you'll need to have commercial rights to make items even for personal use.]-IMVU Sets-IMVU Skins/Furs-Prints/Redistributing images of my Art or Designs-VRChat/VTuber Models that are mass-produced for customers to use- Comics [Only if your Comic is monetized!]-Anything that may be used as a cash grab or funding off my design.Reselling / Trading-Can NOT resell for more than what you paid for; Can resell for more if you add art/assets [Commercial Use Designs can not be resold with commercial rights; Only I can give commercial rights!]- Can NOT resell with commercial rights if bought for personal use. [Only I can give commercial rights.]- All my designs must STAY ON TOYHOUSE! This is for tracking purposes; Commercially bought designs are excluded unless resold.Going against this TOS or any of my TOS will result in the design being forfeited and you will no longer be deemed the owner of the design or art I have made. The design then will be dismantled, resold, and or eliminated fully.
